Established in December 2022, San Carlos Park Casa was born out of a simple yet profound desire to create a welcoming space for our family, friends, and guests. While our motivation may not be woven from the threads of grand dreams, it is grounded in the genuine intent to offer a comfortable, memorable stay for all who visit, and yes, to also embrace the entrepreneurial spirit of short-term rentals.
About Your Hosts
In 2018, our family adventure began when Carl and Holly, along with our two kids, sold our Michigan home to travel the country in an F-350 and a 5th wheel. Our journey led us to discover the warmth and beauty of Florida, where we found ourselves returning each winter, captivated by the inviting weather and stunning beaches.
Settling in Fort Myers was a natural choice for us, drawn by its charm and community. It’s here we established our first vacation rental, San Carlos Park Casa, aiming to share the joy of Florida living with others. Our venture is more than a business; it’s an extension of our journey, inviting guests into a home where every stay is infused with our family’s spirit of adventure and warmth.
